Office automation standard service

The office automation standard service provides employees of the central Federal Administration with their digital workplace. This includes the workstation systems, associated communication and collaboration services, smart devices and printing services. The office automation client (OA client) is the key to specialist applications and digital services. Communication

Comprises the communication tools included in the portfolio and services for mobile devices.

Office automation

Includes services for user access to office automation and various data storage systems, as well as the use of services for email and IT-supported collaboration.

OA printers / infrastructure services
