eCH HERMES expert group
HERMES is a project implementation method developed by the Swiss government and is recognised by the eCH Association as standard eCH-0054. The expert group comprises representatives from the Confederation, cantons, communes, educational institutes and the private sector. The different language regions are also given appropriate consideration.
The expert group creates the framework for different HERMES target groups to optimise use of the methodology in their projects. This combination of methodical design and the integration of best practices is one of the secrets of success of this project management method.
