The members of the eCH HERMES expert group gather feedback, work together to further develop the HERMES project management method, and implement standard eCH-0054. HERMES users apply the project management method, offer training courses on it and/or support projects in its application. The HERMES Connect Hub user association aims to connect users of the HERMES management method for projects and programmes.
eCH HERMES expert group
HERMES is the federal government's method for implementing projects and is recognised as standard eCH-0054 by the eCH association. The expert group comprises representatives from the federal government, cantons, communes, educational institutes and the private sector. The different language regions are appropriately represented.
The expert group establishes the framework needed to ensure that the various HERMES target groups can apply the method effectively in their projects. This blend of robust method design and the integration of proven practices is one of the key factors behind the success of this project management method.

HERMES Connect Hub
The user association promotes experience- and knowledge sharing in the application of HERMES. It serves as a communication channel between those developing the methodology and those using it.
