Key projects
Key projects are ICT projects or programmes that require stronger overarching management, steering, coordination and control because of their need for resources (financial and personnel), strategic importance, complexity, impact and risks.
The Federal Chancellor decides which projects or programmes are conducted as key projects and are thus subject to the audit process.
