• What are mini-tender calls?

  Mini-Tender Management – or MTM for short – is a web-based solution which ensures that services under federal framework contracts can be procured easily and digitally.

  With the MTM application, procurers have access to templates and can check the information they enter online.

  The relevant framework contracts and helpful information on service procurement are available on minitender.info, the website of the Service for IT in Public Procurement. The successful bidders for framework contracts are published on Simap.

  The successful bidders then compete in a mini-tender procedure for contracts for project-specific services in their respective service categories.

  Public-sector procurers and successful private-sector bidders access the web-based MTM using an authorised log-in procedure.
