Steering model

In the digital transformation process, the federal government takes decisions at different levels depending on their scope. The competencies are shown in the steering model. In addition, the Federal Council Delegation on Digital Transformation and ICT addresses strategic issues.

Federal Council Delegation on Digital Transformation and ICT

The Federal Council Delegation on Digital Transformation and ICT is chaired by the FDF and includes the heads of the EAER, the FDHA and the Federal Chancellor. At the strategic level, the committee deals with digital transformation and ICT governance within the Federal Administration, as well as the implementation and further development of the Digital Switzerland strategy. It prepares Federal Council decisions in these areas. The meetings are organised with the support of Digital Switzerland (Federal Chancellery).
