HERMES

HERMES is the project management method for projects in the area of IT, service and product development, and business organisation adjustment. HERMES supports the control, management and execution of projects with various levels of complexity and different features. As a method, HERMES has a clear, easy-to-understand structure, has a modular design and can be expanded.

HERMES was developed by Switzerland's Federal Administration, is available as an open standard and is recognised as standard eCH-0054 by the association eCH. Many cantons, cities, educational institutions and private sector companies have successfully introduced HERMES.

HERMES is also available for programme management.
