SB010 - eProcurement Strategy of the Confederation

The «eProcurement Strategy of the Federal Procurement Commission» serves the purpose of defining the positioning and focus of IT-based procurement practices of the Federal Administration. The eProcurement Strategy, with its guidelines and specific projects, is so designed that each individual administrative unit can adapt the outputs to their own particular business and procurement strategy. The eProcurement Strategy takes into consideration overarching requirements that are already given, such as dictated by the legal bases, the Information and Communication Technologies Strategy, the eGovernment Strategy and the federal Strategic IT Planning SIP.
