eProcurement Strategy

The eProcurement Strategy, with its guidelines and specific projects, is so designed that each individual administrative unit can adapt the outputs to their own particular business and procurement strategy. The eProcurement Strategy takes into consideration overarching requirements that are already given, such as dictated by the legal bases, the Information and Communication Technologies Strategy, the eGovernment Strategy and the federal Strategic IT Planning SIP.

The strategy identifies potential yet to be unfolded for optimising procurement via use of eProcurement. The technical, organisational and legal obstacles yet to be overcome take various forms.
