The Federal Chancellery provides services to the Federal Council and the Federal Administration as a whole, as well as to the general public. The range of services provided is continually adapted to meet new needs and challenges.

The public has a right to be informed quickly and in full. The federal government’s communications are coordinated by the Federal Chancellery, which also ensures that the information provided to the public by the federal authorities respects the multilingual nature of the country.
